    I'm going to buy a Laptop from England but I live in Portugal do you know if I am going to have any problems with the Voltages because they are different country to country.

    This is no problem: Almost every notebook PSU produced in the past 15 years has been made with travel in mind and will run on all mains power between about 100 and 250V, 50 to 60Hz. (This also keeps the manufacturers' logistics easier since they can have globally standard PSUs).
