    Samsung Q30 Fn key

    My X20 will display onscreen if I increase or decrease volume, turn the mouse off, adjust brightness and put my laptop to silence mode, but my Q30 will not. How do I know if my laptop is in silence mode or not? I use Notebook Hardware Control but it reports zero degree for my hard drive's temperature, why is that? maybe something wrong with my hard drive or the laptop's sensor is not working correctly?
