When I try to use the Fn key (i.e. end) if I have copied some text since I logged on (which I usually have) then it pastes that rather than going to the end of the line. It sometime flicks between applications rather than completing the Fn action too.

    Is this a known problem?
Is there a way that I can correct it?
Is it user error (not sure how when I just press Fn key then the key I want to use the function on)?

    Cheers

This is a strange one since Fn key behavior is coded into the BIOS. Does this happen in every application?

Which BIOS version are you running? (You can see this on CPU-Z's mainboard page). The latest BIOS is 26SD.

Otherwise the only possibility I can think of is some muck in the keyboard which is confusing the electrical signals.
