This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I bought this laptop about a year and a half ago.

    The touch pad wore in just a few months. Samsung replaced it for free. Then the same thing a few months later. Samsung claims I am the only customer with this problem (I find that hard to believe).

    Now Samsung wants $153.00 for an additional touch pad. Has anyone else had this problem?
