The scroll pad next to the touchpad mouse was working fine yesterday and today I login and it's not working at all.

Tried rebooting several times. No luck.

I am using windows vista. Anyone know whats up?

    Thanks

I presume you mean the scroll zone on the right side of the touchpad.

Maybe the Touchpad driver properties got messed up. First go to the touchpad properties (you should have an icon in the system tray) and check the scroll zones and scrolling properties. If they look OK, then try installing the newest Synaptics driver.
