    Hi,

    I am new here and I have just purchased a Samsung R60+

    Is there any way of getting the manufacturers full spec as I am trying to confirm if the machine has a dedicated firewire port

    no full manual came with the purchase but this is the spec as far as I am aware:

    I'm moving this to the Samsung forum since you have completed your purchase.

    The attached specs taken from the manual make no reference to a Firewire port. The specs are also published at SamsungPC.com.

    Did your retailer indicate that this notebook included Firewire?

    BTW, what size battery came with your R60+? 1.5 hours operation is quite short.
