    I have a question regarding processor upgrade. Will INTEL CORE 2 X9000 or X9100 work with Samsung R70?

    Very unlikely.

    Those CPUs weren't around while the R70 was in production so the BIOS is unlikely to recognise them.

    And if those CPUs did work, you would need to (i) check you don't overload the power system and (ii) watch the temperatures since they use more power and produce more heat than the dual core CPUs.
