Yes, call Samsung Support. Please come back and post how they solve the problem.

    Your English is fine.

@pesof: Welcome to the forum. And sorry to hear about your problems.

As Thor indicated, unfortunately there is no way to re-create your Recovery at this stage. If you didn't make your Factory Image Backup bootable OR have a USB Admin Tool (both of which had to be created while your Recovery was still working) contacting Samsung is your only option to get Recovery back. They'll reload your disk for a fee.

The Samsung Recovery Solution 5 you found and installed is BOTH the wrong version (it should be SRS6) but also doesn't function on its own: It requires an intact Recovery partition.

I understand if you feel there HAS to be a way. But trust us, we've seen lots of these cases. Check Miguel86's story here for a recent example.

Now, if you can live without your Recovery, you can still clean install Win7 from DVD (or a bootable USB). Since you've already lost your partitions, I strongly recommend you convert your disk to MBR and disable UEFI (select CSM under SecureBoot in your BIOS). And do this BEFORE you begin installation.

There are lots of discussions about that in various threads here, and I advice you to do some reading first. This is one of them (that was a link).

Let us know what you decide and how it works out for you.

    thnx a lot for replying
i tried to burn a Samsung recovery solution 6 on a USB flash memory and a DVD
    it didn't even boot up
also i have installed windows 7 after disabling secure boot and selecting CSM
    i have deleted the partitions
    and installed windows 7 normally
but every time i have to run my pc
i have to press F10 on boot up
and select the hard disk from boot menu
then it will continue booting windows normally
    if i don't
after samsung logo i get a blank screen...
i hope u will help me with this
or i will send it to samsung as u said
thnx again for ur help :)

There is a BIOS setting to fix that. I hit the same issue but I forget at the moment what I did to resolve that. I'll look into it this evening.

@pesof: Are you sure the HDD is on top of the list under BIOS Boot Priority? Page 102 in the Samsung Win8 manual.

I am sorry, I know it's trivial, but I had to ask

Also, you converted the disk to MBR before installing, right?

I took a look and could not figure out what I did to get past that issue. It might have been as @Dannemand suggested the boot order. Sorry, drawing a blank.
