Does it have a built in filter for that? If yes, how to access it and set it on as default?
If it doesn't is there a third party program for that?

Have been trying to find a solution for a while. Now ive been using a filter accessed from Skype video settings.
Im using google talk so every time i have to set the lowlight filter on, i have to open skype also.
