    Hi

I moved from an Asus G73 to the Samsung NP700G7A this week and am so far liking it a lot, But, When i play games the Touch Sensor Keys do not work for the sound (Up Down Mute)..... Nor do the Fn Keys although these dont bother me. Does anyone know how to enable the Touch Sensor keys when in-game because Samsung Support do not. I have tried updating drivers and playing around with game mode options (the jog dial set on gamer turns some keys off such as the windows key) but to no avail????? Seems silly you can only mute or control the volume via these buttons when on the desktop.

LOLOL. I take it not many people have purchased this model or they have zero issues with it. Samsung to be contacted imminently then.

I have no idea what what you are trying to say or what your input really is ment to accomplish.

But then again, it might just be that I have a hard time understanding anything starting with "LOLOL"... Might be an age thing I guess...

On topic, I don't have the Series 7 Gamer, but on my Series 7 Chronus the fn keys work fine to change volume with. Is it the same in all games?

I know nothing about your "touch buttons" since I don't have those. :(

He's talking about the glossy black plastic panel with touch sensitive controls just above the keyboard.

To TS, check if you have all the Samsung utilities installed properly. Reinstall if necessary as most functions are controlled by Samsung software.

Downloaded 3RVX software for an excellent workaround. It can map the touch sensor keys for volume and doesnt interfere with the other functions. Happy Days :D
