Does any of you notice the series 7 does not seem to be able to handle youtube videos?

Odd. Did you try running AMD graphics instead. There was post somewhere of the unofficial method of running AMD installers instead of crappy samsung drivers. I able to run default any video. Now will AMD installers I can play video games with better FPS.

Purchased my brand new series 7 S04A last night; and through 6 hours of initial usage, I noticed youtube videos (running flash, not HTML 5) would not scale properly in full screen mode. So 1080P or 720P videos would appear pixelated and low-res when enlarged to full screen.

Later tried the HTML 5 version of youtube, and HD videos scaled perfectly in full screen mode.

I also disabled the radeon, and relied on the intel 3000 as the sole gfx, and youtube hd videos scaled just fine once again. so i think it has something to do with the amd driver, but no solution as of now.

    Hi all,

Just got this laptop... everything great except the trackpad is so hard to use, the responsiveness is really weird and the scroll movement is all awkward and imprecise.

    Any tips?

    Start>control panel>hardware and sound>mouse>elan tab>options

I turned off drag and drop, and maxed the sensitivity and two finger scroll sensitivity, works a lot better now.

And next time, don't hijack other peoples threads.

Ahh sorry! Had all the Samsung series 7 threads open and thought this was the general one ><

Thanks, your suggestion made the trackpad better... still think the driver itself should be better though... double click is annoying sometimes when your cursor has a spasm around what you're trying to click.

btw youtube is fine for me, I'm using the custom AMD driver from here , make sure you put the extra "Filter.xml" in the driver sweeper folder so it can detect intel graphics, and then restart into safe mode to remove left over drivers (important to be in safe mode only)

    Cheers!

    No problem.

I'm having graphics issues too, which download did you use on that page, right now there are 3 differen't ones.

Also, can you explain the .xml file? Where can I find it?
