    Hi guys,
Am I correct in my understanding that I can not upgrade the 4GB of RAM I have on my Series 9 NP900X3C-A05UK?
    Not even via Samsung?

    Thanks!

You are correct. The X3C uses a 4GB dual channel DDP module which is soldered on the main board (and also reduces the thickness needed). The RAM is under the perforated metal plate in the middle of the photo here:

Indeed, the RAM doesn't seem to be possible to upgrade. The SSD, though, seems to be quite easily available if you want to replace it. I'm strongly considering moving to a bigger one on my 900X3C.

Isn't there a way to use an SSD to "emulate" RAM, by the way?

Paging can be used to "emulate" RAM but still it's much slower.

I also would like to upgrade my BT+Wifi card as it constantly drops BT connection..
Any recommendations for a compatible card?
