Every time I log in, all of my settings in the settings app, such as the display color settings, reset on login, and I will have to reset them each time. Does this happen to anyone or anyone know how to stop it from doing this? I have reinstalled the program and it keeps doing it.

What display color setting is selected in Settings? I use No Effect and this co-exists with my custom display color profile.

    What else is getting reset?

I like to use Movie Mode, but everytime at login I can see it reset. I can recreate it by logging out, and loging back in and switch it back, and also, my windows calibration wont stay either.

Perhaps Settings is not to blame.

Check Task Manager > Start-Up to see if the Intel Persistence and Igfxtray modules are enabled. If so, try disabling them. One / both of these used to prevent custom display profiles from persisting.

You can't be expected to know everything.

I keep them disabled and my graphics still work. They are well known for conflicting with custom display profiles which I found out some time ago when I wanted to have my own display profile.

Did you put the display color to "No Effect" in Settings? You can still have the box ticked for using Movie Mode for movies.

If you have done that then I suggest you do some more Googling for custom display profile problems.

You should also have a "No Effect" display setting either at the top or the bottom of the list. Try it.
