Hi all
Could anyone UK based tell me of recommended service centres for warranty returns that they have used or can recommend?
NOT the Samsung service plaza in Angel London (terrible unprofessional place with the rudest of customer service agents)
Ive had my series 9 since July 2011 and yes came on here with the usual complaints of the wifi issue etc but kept it anyway...... as still think its the best looking laptop around!
However, the issues have kept growing until I now have to do something before the warranty runs out...
Wifi....... still useless if more than 5metres away from router
Trackpad....... still double clicks but now also totally freezes when the laptop gets too warm (overheating)
Screen....... vertical lines of white pixels on left hand side intermittantly (seems to be affected with lid movement so guessing a hinge issue)
Keyboard....... most of the black covering has peeled off the space bar (again i guess through overheating)
Really appreciate any help as I would like to get someone capable trustworthy to look at this as I realise Samsung dont have any repair centres but farm the work out to 'approved' sub contractors
Thanks Mark

You can try using the Service Location page. However, I would suggest that you first contact Samsung support, explain your problems and try to get them to agree that warranty repairs are required. instead of spending time on the phone I suggest that you use the email link that is at the bottom of any FAQ page.

Thanks John
I have just used the link you have provided and it does indeed show the locations, unfortunately the London location is closet but is Samual King IT who I simply do not trust.
Does anyone have any experience with any of the other centres in Swindon/Worthing/Coventry? I want the repairs doing..... but I would like them done WELL!
I have spoken to Samsung Support a few times and I cant really complain about them other than all they can offer is the services of their sub contractors. At least they are happy for me to use any of the contractors rather than stating an exact provider.
All help appreciated -

Looking at that list I see that DJ Henry is a "premier" service centre. That might mean that they are better equipped with spare parts.
