    Samsung Ultra Book 5 - NP540U3C A03UB touch keypad keeps blinking

    I have a Samsung Ultra Book 5 - NP540U3C A03UB that I purchased used without a harddrive
    I added a SSD hard drive and Loaded windows 8.1 on it. ( Im not using Express Gate issd / Disabled) and everything works but the On Screen Keypad symbol Keeps bilking ever 5-6 seconds. and if I bring it up it disappears (Minimizes by itself) I also tried to close it and stop the service it comes back every time. I believe I have a glitch or maybe something went wrong when I loaded windows. Any suggestions ???

    Use Samsung's SW Update to find different versions of the Settings program. Newer versions may be more compatible with Windows 8.1 but don't properly support the older notebooks so an older version of Settings might work better.

    I believe I used the 8.1 Update. will try the older version and see.

    I messed something up really bad. I cant get any of the apps to come up now. I reverted the drivers back to m$ then updated with the older ones and still had the flickering. So i reverted it again and messed it up. So Im going to do a Clean install tonight Hopefully that will work for me. Ill keep you posted.

    I re did windows 8.1 and still got the Blinking. BUT I used the Samsung SW Update and choose the Windows 8.0 updates and seen there was 1 Little one for the Touch Pad and after I installed that one it stopped ( Blinking) and the on screen keyboard was useable again
