A few weeks ago the laptop would not power up,what was happening is when you pressed the power button toe dvd drive would light up and also the power light would go on for a split second and then the laptop would swithh off.
I removed the baterry, harddrive and dvd and re-installed them and tried powering up still no luck,i blew air into the vents then contantly pressed the power button, after a while it booted up and everything was fine.
Now a few weeks later the same problem happened again and now a cannot get it powering at all.Could anybody help me with this problem and also could somebody provide me with any documents that show you haw to dismantle the laptop.

Did you try removing and replacing the RAM? It sometimes works loose or the contacts oxidise and, if that happens, it causes the symptoms you describe.

There are some other threads in this forum about getting inside the Samsung notebooks. Here's one.
