    Samsung V25 won't power on

    I've just been given a samsung v25 celeron version for nothing, and it had one problem when i got it i think. I discovered that the display cable had developed a dry joint where it connects into the motherboard, and so i put it all back together to work on that another day. Now it won't power on when on battery, even though the batter indicator shows full - Before, it was powering on, but was showing a fuzzy display picture. Any clues?
