Hi!
For the past few weeks, my notebook appears to feel warmer than it normally is.
Is there a way to gauge the temperature in my notebook?
I am not familiar with what the normal temperature should be/and or how to test the temperature in my notebook, so any input from the members is greatly appreciated!

For internal temperature you can use HWiNFO32 (click on the sensors button). For external temperatures you need an infra-red thermometer.
Ambient temperatures can make a significant difference to the notebook temperatures - in high temperatures everything has to get hotter to dissipate the same heat. However, notebook cooling systems do tend to fill with fluff and dust over time, aprtularly if used on soft surfaces. This problem is revealed by more fan activity and higher CPU temperatures.
