for "illegal price negotiations with the competitors".

One thing to note here - Samsung's not the only company that has been found guilty of price fixing. Just about every company such as Germany's Infineon has paid a fine for doing this. Samsung is merely paying the most because they are the largest seller in the United States.

This topic has nearly nothing to do with Samsung notebooks. Samsung had only with memory chips illegal price negotiations with competitors.
