    Samsung ultrabook 5 not turning on

    Hi

    My laptop suddenly switched off by itself, this sometimes happens, so I left it and came back in about 15 minutes to restart it, however it does not switch on. The fan does not turn on, no light signals at the bottom left hand side, however the battery light works on the bottom left hand side.

    I have tried poking the little hole and restarting it, did not work. I have been using this laptop for 2 years, there was norton 360 installed, regular check ups with no malicious software detected most of the times.

    Can anyone please help me urgently?

    Fixed. Not sure what the problem was or the solution but it has switched on.
