    Hi there

Just curious whether the CPU on this laptop can be removed and upgrade to something faster ?

The current CPU is 1.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo SU9300 Centrino 2.

    Please kindly advise.

    Many thanks in advance.

The Intel specs for the SU9300 show that it has BGA packaging. This means that it is soldered, which is normal practice for thin notebooks in order to avoid the extra thickness of the CPU socket.
