Some buttons don't work anymore good..on the bottom of my X360 , I see screws with "KBD" on it, if I make those lose, will I be able to clean my keyboard ?

Will I be able to detach the keyboard with only those screws or do I need to unmantle the whole lappy ?

Especially the "return" key stays a few seconds down, I feel the sand ....LOL

You need to remove the screws marked "KBD" then open the computer and look for some latches (either on top or bottom edge) that hold the keyboard in places. Push those into the chassis can lift up so the edge of the keyboard, etc. There may be some photos in some of my Samsung reviews (see signature).

So I have to open whole the computer first and not just remove the "KBD" screws ?

    I'll clarify:

    1. Shut down and close computer and remove mains power.

    2. Turn over, remove battery then remove the screws marked "KBD".

    3. Turn over and open the computer as if you were going to use it. Then look around the edges of the keyboard for some small latches. These may be along the front or the back edge. Using a small screwdriver or similar, push the latches into the chassis (ie away from the centre of the keyboard) while slightly lifting the keyboard so the latches do not re-engage.

    4. Once you have released the keyboard at the latches, lift slightly at the middle of the free edge. This will release the keyboard at the sides. Then lift the free edge until it is clear of the chassis and slide. This releases the tabs on the other edge of the keyboard. Then flip the keyboard over to expose the ribbon cable.

    5. The ribbon cable is usually held in place by a plastic latch which has to be lifted. Once the cable is free the keyboard can be removed.

    6. The keyboard can then be cleaned or even bathed. I've used water, washing up liquid and a brush. After the bath the keyboard needs to be rinsed in clean water and allowed to dry completely before reinstallation.

There is no guarantee that a good bath will work. I think I have had about a 50% success rate. However, it is worth trying before spending money on a replacement.
