Hello, If anyone could help I'm at my wits end with this new laptop.

My problems began a month after purchasing this laptop everything ran very smoothly and what not, It always got really hot while running high end graphics games (CoD: Modern Warfare 3, Mass Effect 3, ext.) Although the the heat did not bother me the games ran very smoothly. I purchased a large cooling pad for my lap with two fans built into it. Long story short I come in from outside for not even 5 mins with the laptop ON the cooling pad to discover a horrid graphical distortion. Sent it to Samsung and they told me it was a faulty motherboard. Got it back and its still producing the same amount of heat while I play a game, and it shut off on me today because it got to hot. It has an AMD A6-3430MX APU. I'm aware they run hotter than a normal processor. My wife has an HP with an AMD A4-3300M APU it runs Mass Effect 3 smoothly with lower settings than my Samsung but without any heat. I also have overclocked her processor and undervolted her processor to make it run even cooler. Is there something like that I can do with the A6 like that? I've tried google with countless hours of reading links that lead me no where. I'm about to put the damn thing on craigslist or send it back to samsung for a freaking refund. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, feel free to private message me if anyone would like more information about the laptop. Thank you!

Dust in the fan and heatsink possibly. Is it easy to remove the bottom panel and gain access to the components?
