Series 7 NP700Z5A-S01UK with 128GB SSD and 750GB HDD carried out a clean install of win 8 on SSD using instructions found here How to do a clean install of Windows 7 or 8 on Samsung Chronos laptops | Arktronic.com- only took a day to sort out!!! anyway it now boots very fast. The problem is I have loaded SWUPDATE which keeps coming up with an error that it can't connect to the server. I have also loaded it on my main PC and tried the Export function, it can find a list of the files but I still get the same cannot connect error. Anyone else have this problem?

Server connection errors used to be a very common problem with Easy Software Manager. I would assume it to be a server problem. Keep trying, particularly at those times when you think fewer other people may be trying to do the same.
