    Hey all,

Just joined after lurking for some time. Bought me a Series 7 last weekend (I think we're a bit behind here in New Zealand), and after initially being a kinda torn on whether or not to take it back (having started reading through the numerous posts here regarding all the problems..) I reckon i'm gonna keep it...it's just so damn speedy and delicious looking/feeling :)

Just wondering if anyone's had any luck getting Milkdrop 2.0 to work on one? You know..the visualisation that comes bundled with Winamp. I can of course set winamp to High Performance mode, however, in Milkdrop's configuration panel all it recognises is the Intel card - and there aint no way that'll play the visuals (something about shaders..).
Using the 8.940.0.0 Drivers for both chips.

Am I just gonna have to sit it out till these manufacturers sort their sh*t out?

The knowledge in this forum has been invaluable, you are all stars!

try uninstalling / installing Leshkat / reinstalling 8.940 as I described here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/sam...implement-fixed-mode-bios-96.html#post8490384

hopefully that will fix it for you.
