I have an interesting issue here. I searched the forum and didn't find anything so wanted to ask before I start re-installing drivers in case someone has had the same issue.
Laptop has been working fine. This weekend I installed a few programs. The one that may be the culprit is the Ralink driver / program for a USB wifi antenna, but I can't guarantee it. Now, when I turn on the wifi using Fn-F12 the trackpad won't work. When wifi is off the trackpad works fine. If I turn the trackpad on using the Intel manager then it works OK again, but still if I try using Fn-F12 it then stops. I've since uninstalled Ralink but still have the issue.
Any ideas?

I would re-install Easy Settings (get the latest version using SW Update). The Easy Settings package includes the Fn key controls (the contents of the package are discussed in this thread).
