I have yet to discover any site where Samsung service manuals are accessible to users. What do you want to do - we may be able to talk you through it. Samsung notebooks tend to have many features which apply across several models.

This site might have exploded views and a parts list for your model... not a service manual but better than nothing.

That's a useful site even though it lacks details of how to get from a complete notebook to all those parts (and, more important, put them together again).

From the User Guide I see that the power socket is in the end of the left hinge. One diagram in the X11 parts guide shows that the bottom part of the hinge cover is part of the computer base assembly but another does not show that area at all. It looks quite likely that the hinge cover can be removed separately from dismantling the computer. Remove any screws in the vicinity and then try to get a small screwdriver into the seam between the top and bottom parts - there will be some internal clips holding the hinge cover together.

That's all I can suggest without getting my hands on an X11.
