This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi

    Any tip on how to get a hold of a support rep in the US over the toll free number. All my call have been going to Manila. They are nice people but I am not confident in their responses. I don't think they even get to see many of the systems they are supporting. They try hard though.
