Hi, my power pack doesn't work... My laptop is two and a half years old. Until now, I changed a lot of power packs and they broke... Why do they break so easily? What should I do? These power packs usually last three or four months... Is it normal?

I am assuming when you say power pack you mean power supply and not battery. I own probably a dozen or so power supplies for my three Samsung laptops through the years and never had any of them go bad ever. Maybe it is your house wiring shorting them? Tried genuine Samsung power supplies?
