    Unable to install on Upgraded NP700Z5C Win 8 Pro New Software Quick Starter

    Hi,
    Whenever I try to download and install on my upgraded Win8 Pro NP700Z5C laptop the new software "Quick Starter".

    Every time I attempt the upgrade, the software takes a very long time to download and the install fails.

    The SW Update software does not let me download this either.

    I also cannot get the Samsung Recovery Solution software for Win 8 to install, but that may have to do with removing the hard drive for the Samsung 830 SSD hard drive. The old recovery partition was not transferred over.

    If anyone can email me a link to download the software or has an idea how I can get Quick Starter to install on my laptop I would appreciate it. Thanks!
