    Why are there always bad reviews on samsung laptops?

    Curious, every thread i see has a problem, or heat issue, or wifi, or just crapping out laptops from samsung,whats the deal?

    i love my samsung, but i hear they have a lot of issues.

    Go to Trusted Reviews. They are usually fairly positive about the Samsung products. People usually only join forums because they have problems. The silent majority of contented users have no cause to come here.

    Nonetheless, there seems to be more complaints than a few years back, but perhaps this reflects the large increase in sales.

    Because in existence there is no such thing as something without issues..thats just how things go..in my case my biggest problem is the touchpad, if I were using a wireless mouse as most people there would be 0 issues. But in my case specifically I need the touchpad...so its a matter of perspective..all things have some sort of issues, it boils down to whether or not these issues effect you personally...

    Example..I had an HP, Dell, MSI and a few other brand laptops with heat issues, on this Samsung I have no heat issues...people have wifi problems with my brand of laptop but for my use I had 0 wifi problems. If not for the touchpad issues I'd be bug free(or if i used a mouse)...for my use...

    Agreed. There are negative reviews about Samsung laptops because there are negative reviews about every laptop.

    Some of the Samsungs are also really cheap for what you get, you have to ask yourself how they made it so cheap. But of course not all they sell is cheap.
