This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi,

    I am interested in pre-ordering Microsoft windows seven for my Samsung x360-34g notebook and would appreciate any feedback as to whether or not Samsung will provide support and help if I buy windows seven os. I purchased my notebook on March 31, 2009 and according to Samsung's website (any notebook purchased between June 26th, 2009 and Jan. 31st, 2010 will receive a free upgrade to windows seven), so I was wondering if they will provide support for my notebook, if I purchase windows seven, since I bought my notebook on March 31th. Thanks. :)
