Installed windows 7 LITE. Works great, BUT, how the hec do I remap the special symbols on the keyboard? JOHN HELP! (John has helped a lot of people on here regarding these laptops, amongst others) :p Seriously, Samsung put the "@" symbol NOT on the number 2 key. Very disturbing... Anyways, please, if anyone knows of a Samsung program that can accomplish this task, advise me. Otherwise I'll look in to a generic keyboard symbol mapper, remapper.

    thanks in advance,

    jake

EDIT: I can and will put XP back on there if that's what gets the keys back to where they're supposed to be.

I wonder whether the layout of your keyboard is for a different language than is set under Windows' regional settings.

What characters comes on the screen when you press (i) Shift + 2; and (ii) Shift + 3?
