OK I was the happy owner of an X360 ...which was the new machine fo =r my lady. Installed XP etc ...but she is getting severe headached from the glossy screen (even at half brightness) so she would like to return the unit for a refund.

Now I have taken all her files off by properly deleting them etc, and I need to restore this baby to factory settings .. i.e. the Windows Vista Business it came with. So I need to get rid of XP and clean install Vista. Now I thought Ok I will boot via DVD rom and just insert the Vista CD that comes with the machine ... No go .... then I tried the Samsung Recovery way ... no go ...

Can someone please describe how I go about getting this X360 back to the state in arrived in with Windows Vista installed and none of my stuff on it ? I am a newby so please be detailed. Thank you !!!
