    Hello everybody,

Did someone tried to change the keyboard on 770z5e "non touch" and install the black keyboard from 870z5e?? The Silver keys with backlit drives me crazy!

You aren't the first to have this problem. The main discussion about this family of notebooks is here. The keyboards should be interchangeable but are pre-installed into the keyboard surround / palm rest as a part called "unit housing top". I believe it is feasible to change just the key caps but haven't had cause to try it for myself.

Today i received a Message from a german Distributor for Samsung SpareParts.
Price for Keyboard with housing and speakers as one Part is 96€.

As the distributor said theres no chance to get only the keyboard....

That's a relatively reasonable price compared to some I have seen.
