I'm looking for a specific notebook and I've found some interesting models at an offline retailer.
I searched in the samsung website to compare the specs but I couldn't find it. There's so many variations of so many models. It's really very confusing.
What I'm looking for is for a 14" notebook with ODD and an nvidia 630M or better.
I wanted to known what samsung models have this specifications and if the cpu is upgradable and how many ram and mini pci-e slots it has.

    please help.
    thanks.

Note all Samsung notebooks are available in all countries. I suspect what you are looking for is the NP700Z3C. See items 12 and 13 here for examples. Then you will have to search for any reviews of NP700Z3C (or B or A) to find out what is inside.

At that chassis thickness I think it probable that the CPU is soldered: A socket adds to the minimum thickness. I also doubt is there is more than a single half-height mini-PCIe slot that is used for the WiFi card. I don't recall Samsung ever including spare slots in case the user needs them. Also, the specifications here indicate that the RAM is 4GB on board plus one slot.

You may find some useful info about the Z3A (on which, I assume the Z3C is based) in this thread.

it's the same motherboard used by the sony S13. exactly the same specifications. just with a different chassis. imo the sony is far superior. but sometimes much more expensive.
    it's a no go for me :(
