    i have a problem on samsung np9000x4c. when i try to start note book it's not turning on i need tu press power button tu turn on and turn off about 10 times than it's turning on.. when it turned i cannot update bios.. wuth bios update.exe no errors cmd just showing and closing. my bios is a 07
    what to do?
