    could anyone explain how to burn recovery cd's with a Samsung laptop RF 710

    Here is one solution: Open your manual Samsung

    and then go to page 100 where it talks about Complete Backup/Restore to DVD (not CD though...too small). It will walk you through it for the Backup and then Restore. Keep reading to page 104 where on page 103 it talks about Data Backup/Restore also to DVD.
