    samsung 900x4c and plextor 256m5m FREEZING

    hi all

    a have samsung 900x4c -a01ru windows 8.1 fresh install, all update and sams drivers instaled
    plextor 256m5m 1.06 firmware (latest)

    my laptop sometime freezing 20-40 sec, then work normal

    i check disk smart its OK

    in logs i see error
    IaStorA Был произведен возврат к устройству \Device\RaidPort0.

    Check Intel's download site for the latest version of Intel Rapid Storage. The Intel driver provided by Samsung is most likely out of date.

    If that makes no improvement try uninstalling the Intel Rapid Storage software and let Windows use its own AHCI drive.
