samsung p310 bios update error?

Hi, i have windows xp on my samsung p310, and would like to flash the bios to the new version 06, on the samsung site they have two versions, 06su and 06nc, the 06nc version is supposed to be for xp, but when i run it i get an error saying the new bios is for the q308, does anyone else get this or is it just me.

No wonder the p310 is a mobile phone, and you are flashing it with a notebook firmware, Sorry i could not resist it after yesterdays posts. a small typo on your behalf.

So what firmware do you have on you Q310, as the update manager usually informs you of new firmware, but i have seen them released first on the Samsung website.

lol, i read that post before posting so it was me just typing without thinking i guess, hopefully it would give me an error if i was trying to install it onto the p310 though

At the moment i have the 06su version which on the site says is for windows vista, but i thought i would update to the 06NC version as thats for xp and vista, not sure if i need to, but i like to have everything correct.

Samsungs download website for the q310 is getting really messy, currently it has two links for every Vista driver and, the bios is for some q308
