    samsung series 9 np900x3a is the hdmi out a micro hdmi or mini hdmi?

    I want to connect it to my tv. Thanks do I need a micro hdmi to hdmi or a mini hdmi to hdmi?

    All the reviews say it's mini-HDMI. I would hope they aren't all wrong (edit: see noext post which says they are all wrong). There may be a definitive statement from an owner in our NP900X3A thread.

    The newer and thinner Series 9s (X3B onwards) use the micro HDMI.

    Definitely Micro-HDMI - which I used on my 900X3A. I also own mini-HDMI for another device (pico-projector), which is far too large to fit the 9003XA.

    I couldn't see any good photos of the ports to be able to make a good visual check.

    Been a regular lurker on the site since buying my X3A well over 2 years ago, just haven't signed up until now. Have used the forums here to upgrade the SSD amongst other things, so time to give back :)

    X3D uses micro-HDMI definitly.
