    samsung x60 wireless module

    hi

    does any one know were the wireless module is located because i want to change it to the n draft,
    also if it is a simple matterof swapping them and loading the drivers
    many thanks

    Yes. Turn over your X60, remove the two screws holding the memory cover and you will find the wireless card nearest the back of the computer in the memory compartment.

    I would note, however, that the Intel abgn wireless card uses 3 aerial connectors (black, white and grey wires) whereas the abg card only has the bloack and white wires. I don't know if/how the lack of the grey wire (presumably a third antenna) will impact on the card's performance.
