    sticky key on my samsung q45

    i have been *very* happy with my q45 after 3 months use , but the 'o' key has started to stick , does anyone know how to get underneath the keys to clean any bits of dirt that may have got in do the keys just clip off with a bit of force ? basically need advice to get underneath to see clean / get rid of dirt

    I think the keycaps do pull off, but it's an action of last resort. There's a knack to getting them reassembled correctly. It would be preferable to call on warranty service for a stick key than for a missing key.

    If you have a household vacuum cleaner with a small nozzle then I would give that a try. It should have enough suck to clear any muck from underneath without pulling the keys off.

    I recall that one of the keys on my X60 went sticky for a while but the problem went away after a few weeks.
