How do I stop this from being downloaded on my computer, I want to be the one who decides what and when something like this should be downloaded. I keep on uninstalling it and it keeps coming back and now I can't even uninstall it.

    WTH Samsung?

Managed to uninstall it, now how do I block it from downloading.

Ok I figured it out, thx for all your help.

SW Update shouldn't automatically install any programs. It should only give notifications that new updates are available and, if you are annoyed by those, then edit the notification area properties to hide the notification.

If you don't like the way that the programs get installed once you select any updates in SW Update then use the Export function to find your model and download the updates to then install at your convenience.

I think the latency thread discusses how to control S Agent (which is the update checker).
