    the cam got problems also??

    it's some of the windows camera settings like white balance, backlight comp and powerline frequency, all set to auto no matter what you change. :(

    the image quality is no good got stong interence like waves.

    any solution?

    ????? I dunno how to describe it more precisely...
    These functions I mentioned above don't change a bit of the image (it's set to auto at the background obviously), while the other functions like contrast and brightness are working alright.

    And it's got wave interference and a bit of flicks (UK is 50hz), I am not sure it's affected by the powerline frequency which is set to 50hz, but it seems it's at 0.

    Start by making sure you have the latest version of the camera software.

    Just tired it with daylight, the camera quality is 1000times better, no flicks/inteference.

    I believe it's the software problems, which has no control of some of the functions like anti-flicker and exposure etc cause the poor quality indoor.

    Need a new software / driver seem they can't commnicate to each other fully.
