Have NOD32 AV only, turned off Vista's Firewall and Defender.
I'm gonna install ThreatFire, what do you think ? and would it be enough for security : nod32 av+threatfire ?

I think you should be good with NOD32. Routers also have firewalls built in them.
-

i just got norton internet security 2009 you get updates every 5-10 mins
and comes with
Norton identity safe
Notron antiphishing
Norton pulse updates
Norton insight
Norton brower protection
Norton antivirus
Norton antispywear
Norton Personal firewall
and allso free 24/7 support -
You need to use some firewall -- Windows built-in or third-pary or router firewall... just something. Being connected to the internet without any firewall is just nuts.
-
I advise BitDefender for AV and it will replace Windows Defender also....firewall stay with Vista's.
-
I hope it's on...
Joking aside, you should still use a software firewall on your computer. -
I just use Vista's Firewall..and it's works fine for me. No complications!
