Comodo asked me before it allowed System to make outbound connections so it appears to have stopped it. A Google search says that Yes it's a virus. It's made about 60 "attempts" to intrude.
My problem is, where is it? I'm a new Vista user and I can't find this file... Comodo let's me see the full path of every other process except "System". Any help? I'm running x64 Vista.

Run an antivirus scan...stop going to bad websites...download and run malwarebytes.

Just ran a scan (with an update)... 0 infections
Haven't been anywhere except gmail, youtube, apple, lenovo, cnet, here, and maybe a couple of other places. This is a new computer.
I've got malwarebytes and SAS both gave me no infections.
I'm hoping I can find and delete the file but I don't know where it is? -
Question, was it "System" or "System.exe" that you saw? If you saw "System" only, then it is a false alarm (And you should allow the program to continue, as it is an important Windows Operating System process, and some applications or processes might not have access to internet due to "System" not having access, set it to Trusted Application).

First off, on COMODO's Panel, go to Defense+, then click on View Active Processes List, look for system.exe, once you have done it, reply to this thread if you found it.
If you see "System" only, without an extension (Without .exe at the end of the name), do not attempt to close or delete it, as it is an active process of the Windows Operating System, system.exe (Capital Letters may vary) is what you are looking for. -
Thank you! I was beginning to suspect that it was something different... I have only "System" with no extension. It has a windows process running under it... false alarm. Thanks again.

You are welcome, no worries, it happens, you learn something new everyday.
I'd rather be proven wrong than just being right all the time, that way I can learn; that is one of my motto's.
I need some help. System.exe a virus?
