Does it work like WOT Firefox extension?

arjunned, the security tools are technically free so is good to be prepare and protected. I never have a big problem in my computers with virus or spyware. The few format I did to the computers came from Windows errors. And all the programs that I have now, work fine without compatibilities issues.
I have some experience helping friend and neighbors with their computers and technically in all cases needed to download Scanners. I lose time just downloading and installing them. So is better to have them in the computer.
My basic recommendation to basic users.

Hi Kane1,
I never knew you can choose Scanner vs Guard ... just ran it in Standard Mode.
Q1: Is the "Guard" mode the more Aggressive Mode to protect someone when Surfing the Net?
Q2: What is the Default ... Scanner Mode or Guard!?!?
Thanks,
G!

I will install and scan my laptop using SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware if my laptop get infected. If both of these softwares can't destroy the infection, I got to use SmitfraudFix.
Antiviruses or Security Suite may disturb some registry keys.
I will use CCleaner and Tune Up Utilities to fix them. -

It appears many times you won't be able to install SAS and MBAM if you get infected. Best to install before any infections and update every week in case they are needed.
