Ok after a family friend had used my laptop i came back to 2 or 3 anti viruses showing i had malware viruses you know it they said i had it one was the AVA.exe (successfully removed) and i have a couple more that refuse to be removed one of is called Your Protection (process is called urppot.exe) and i cant find the other process and another but whilst running spyware doctor it gets to %30 of the full scan and i get a system message saying "Windows has encountered a critical problem and will restart automatically in one minute." (not sure if its to the exact word but around that) so my main goal is to be rid off this spyware and rogue anti viruses.
Does anyone have experience with this or the same problem and any way to fix it without a factory reset?

This is weird. First of all, you shouldn't be running more than 1 anti-virus. They conflict with each other. Second of all, I've never even heard of "Your Protection". Sounds like a virus all by itself.
Boot into safe mode, and try to uninstall all of your antivirus. Then install Microsoft Security Essentials, Kaspersky AV, or Avira AV. Basically, a well known antivirus. Then run a scan. I'm not sure if it will scan correctly in safe mode, so you may need to boot normally and pray the system works.
If you can't get rid of the crap that's on there, you may want to take 30 minutes and just reinstall W7. Also, make sure you backup all of your data ASAP!
Good luck!

Angelic the 3 or 4 extra ones are fake they just look like them and i was afraid ide have to do that :/ prefer to keep my data. ill look at a few guides on the internet

Well there's really no magical way to fix this, and I don't know what guide you're looking for. Either way, you really need to backup your data and get a good AV. Personally, I'd backup and just wipe the system if i knew I had multiple virus's posing as AV's, but your call.
Also, don't let your family friend ever use that computer again.

I wont and thanks ill back it all up tomorrow and i was wondering about how i can back up my steam games? Thanks again

Hey no problem! ^_^
I don't have Steam, so I'm not sure how to backup your games exactly. I thought Steam had a backup feature in the program. -
ill have a look thisl be a pain don't own an external hard drive so i have to do it over Microsoft usb transfer >_<

Aw I'm sorry that stinks. But at least that's easier than trying to burn everything to DVD's.
