i currently using windows vista business 32-bit on one of my laptop.
it has:
- ZoneAlarm Security Suite v7 (vista only version) (Firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware)
- Spyware Blaster
- SpyBot Search & Destroy
and windows supplied:
Windows Defender (anti spyware)
would enabling both Windows Defender and ZoneAlarm's own AntiSpyware be not a good idea?
should i disable one or more of these software?
thanks for the help

Windows defender is terrible...Get rid of it. Also you are using to many kinds of AV. I was told that to many AV programs can conflict with eachother.

Besides resource usage I don't see a problem in enabling both.
And not much of an advantage either if you run a basic WD.
Using 1 AV and a couple of antispyware programs is OK.
I'd keep SpywareBlaster and ditch Spybot.
Use Defender only when using the Advanced Membership/real-time protection¬ify option (tools>microsoft spynet)
And perhaps use a program like MBAM or SAS for weekly scans.
ZoneAlarm Anti-Spyware + Windows Defender
